Our Family Story

Welcome to NUTRIGEL - where wellness meets a whole lot of fun (and a bit of friendly family competition)!               

We're not your average family, while some families bond over Sunday roast, (although we love that too), we're more likely to be found throwing each other around on the Juijitsu mat, braving cold water swims, or seeing who can hold the longest plank.                 

Our crew includes two sons who think their tougher than dad (they are), 😉 a daughter-in-law who can out train us all, and a grandson and granddaughter who are already showing us up with their energy levels. Honestly keeping up with this lot requires serious fuel. That's where our love affair with St.Lucian sea moss began.                   

Between martial arts sessions, cold water dips that make you feel absolutely alive, and regular gym workouts, we needed something natural and powerful to keep us going.
